Terms of Privacy: Law Nr. 665/669 about „Privacy“: In accordance to
Article 10 and 13 of act Nr. 675 from 31.12.1996 and subsequent
modifications, which regard the treatment of personal information, the user
acknowledges, that electronical information, which is given to “Studio
Tecnico Navale
Ansaldo” is managed and used by modern information systems, and may
be used by authorized representatives and also by external collaborators of
“Studio Tecnico Navale
Ansaldo”. The use of information is pursued in accordance to
reciprocative agreement for the users request. The user has the right to
check, change and request the cancellation of his submitted information from
the company’s register, to defy the usage of this information in any
appropriate time, according to the formal agreement. For this purpose please
send a registered letter to “Studio Tecnico Navale Ansaldo", via Cairoli 1, I-16124 Genova.
