Gino Ansaldo, born in Genoa 14 March 1924, graduated in 1949
from the University of Genoa as Naval Architect and Marine Engineer.
Married, 2 sons and 1 daughter. From 1949 he worked at the
Classification Society American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) as Hull,
machinery and test Surveyor, carrying out Class and repair Surveys
for existing ships and newbuildings and material tests. From 1954 he
was Deputy Manager of "AGIP" Fleet and Manager of its Technical

Shipyards, Underwriters, Classification Societies, others - currently Studio
Tecnico Navale Ansaldo.
 Massimo Gronda,
born in Genoa 3 April 1958, graduated in 1982 from the University of Genoa
as Naval Architect and Marine Engineer. Married, 2 sons and 2 daughters.
From 1982 he worked at CETENA (The Italian Ship Research Centre) where he
held various positions in the Structural Analysis and Offshore Departments.
He gained experience in structural calculations, global and local vibrations,
sea trials, offshore means. He joined Studio Tecnico Navale Ansaldo in 1989
and has been a partner since 1991.
Riccardo Damonte, born in Arenzano (Genoa) 16 April 1959,
graduated in 1984 from the University of Genoa as Mechanical
Engineer. Married, 1 son and 1 daughter. From 1986 he worked at
CETENA (The Italian Ship Research Centre) where he held various
positions in the Structural Analysis Department. He gained
experience in structural calculations, global and local vibrations,
sea trials and full scale strain gauge measurements on merchant and
naval surface ships and submersibles. He joined Studio Tecnico
Navale Ansaldo in 2000, becoming a partner in 2001.
